How To Dynamically Set A Scheduled Flow In Power Automate With HTTP Response

Hello,
my colleague is currently working on a website that fetches the leads data from the website's form, sent it to power automate via api call then power automate saves it in the power apps sales dataverse.
The automation is supposed to be configurable from the website's admin portal i.e: admin selects the time, frequency, time zone, and when to run the leads flow.
In power automate there is no option to make this scheduling dynamic . I tried the Delay Until connector it works only once I need to configure the scheduling on desired timings.
The api is sending the leads data and the admin selected data. How do i use it to make this dynamic.
Following is the structure of flow in use.

Power Automate is designed to be in control. You either set a schedule, or you you use a "trigger"  (basically polling).  Starting a Power Automate flow from an external app is possible (for example from PowerApps) but is not the main design goal.

Anyway - here is an example of how to write and register your own "trigger"

Please provide more details. In particular - what is max and min frequency?

The admin selects the time zone and selects the parameters just like the power automate scheduled flow that is
    interval: 1
    Frequency : Day
    Time Zone:  Eastern Time

The requirement is to have auto sync on admin set times, but it is not truly configurable by the admin in power automate.

set the scheduled flow trigger to run every day at 00:01 GMT. Later in the flow read the settings and set the delay interval.
