I have a 'Custom Responses - Wait for all' flow that sends to two users.
If one user responds, it shuts down the ability of the other user to respond, and the flow then hangs at the approval stage.
Anyone seen this before?

I have not seen this before, if you can reproduce this on other flows, please open a Support Request to report it: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
As a workaround, are the rest of the approvers able to approve from the Power Automate portal?
Hi Mari - I managed to repo it another flow - it seems to be related to having more than one Approval action in a flow. So I've opened a ticket.
In answer to your question re the Portal, you can select an option and submit, but doing so throws up the below error and does not change the status of the flow.

I submitted a ticket, and it turns out that there is a bug, which will be fixed at the end of April.
If any of the users in an everyone must approve action (be it custom or standard) are admins, and the admin approves first, the second non-admin user will not be able to approve, and the approval will hang.
