Spotty Access?

Hi all

I have a SharePoint list and created a "Duplicate Item" Flow. It works for many of the site's users - but does not show up for others. Things I know:

The SP doesn't use access lists - all users in the Org can get to it

The Flow is connected to the SharePoint list (Share --> then SharePoint, then I selected my Site then List)

Some users see it in their Automate drop down.

This is what others see:

Is there a way for users to like activate it or for me to turn it on or... something?? Thank you!!

    @JillH try changing the permissions to contribute for users who are unable to see and try again.

    @JillH

    You should be added to the workflow "Run only" permission. Ask the workflow owner to add your name to it.

    Thanks - alas, we don't have a user group defined in SharePoint as all users have access. A few thousand people use the site (with about 300 needing access to this Flow).

    I was wrong! There *is* a user group type thing; it was "Contribute; no Delete." I changed it to Contribute and voila. Thank you!
