I'm trying to extract .gz file in OneDrive. With .zip I don't have any problem, but with .gz files I get "BadRequest".
Aren't .gz files supported for extracting?

For testing with the OneDrive for Business -> Extract folder action, the .gz file (or archive folder) wasn't listed as an available option, only .zip could be seen.
So I think .gz file type currently may not be supported by the Extract folder Action.
Please consider submit this as an idea, in the flow idea forum:

Six years later and there is still not support for gz files.
I want to try and extract DMARC reports using PowerAutomate, all providers send these through as .ZIP, except Microsoft, who send them as .gz! Feels like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing!
Exactly! That's the flow I was creating, and I couldn't believe that only Microsoft sends those reports as GZ. I ended up using a third-party connector called Cloud Convert. The free version gives you 25 conversion per day, which is more than enough for the couple of daily DMARC reports we receive per day.
