for 'open sql connection', the test connection is successful but when run to error with 'conncection string isn't valid', the database is oracle 19c. screen as below:
What is your connection string? Should be
dsn=ifs10test

Take the correct syntax from here.

I install 'Oracle Provider for OLE DB' from below link and resolve the issue.
