Destination folder doesn't exist

I had a flow that took PDF's from emails and moved them to the correct folders. I've been out for a while and now when I want to run the flow I get; 'Destination folder … doesn't exist'.

The folder is located on a network drive, maybe it has something to do with permissions?

I use the 'retrieve email messages from outlook' action.

thanks in advance

Are you using the full UNC path to the directory, or is it a mapped drive? Make sure the mapping is still there and is set up correctly if you're using a mapped drive. Also check if the user still has access to the directory, by manually navigating to the folder via Windows explorer. Maybe there's some network issue or something like that.

I think I found the issue, for some reason you can't just copy the path from the file explorer anymore. At least not with a network drive, mine was mapped btw.

So to find the correct path, open command prompt, type; net use, and use the path shown without the (drive) letter.

That's what I meant with the full UNC path. That's usually the safest approach anyway, as it does not depend on the mapping being there.
