Have you created a flow for approval email? How is the flow created?
created a new template with below steps
- sharepoint - when a file is created or modified in folder
- outlook -send approval email
- added a condition
- if yes, send email to user "approved"
- if no, send email to user "rejected"
Not sure with “find my flow after selecting the file on sharepoint”, please share more information on it.
So process i need is, a sharepoint user needs to get approval on documents that are on sharepoint. User needs to send the document to the approvers for approval and in return the user must get notified of the outcome
