Snowflake - Submit SQL Statement for Execution - internalServerError

Hi,

 

I am having issue with Submit SQL Statement for Execution connector where I am able to establish the connection with SF through Power platform but its keep running on this flow and each retry is just showing error InternalServerError in status.

 

Has anyone come across this and know how to fix this please?
