URL with % throwing error

Hi, I'm trying to invoke a web service but the URL contains % which is causing Power Automate to spit out an invalid syntax error, I've tried a few methods to work around this but I'm coming up short. Does anyone have a solution or idea that could help?

put %%

% is the identifier for a variable, so it thinks anything between 2 percentages is a variable.

%% is the escape and it will read it as one % when applying the URL

I tried this and I still get the following response:
{"error":{"code":"InvalidRequestContent","message":"The request content is not valid and could not be deserialized: 'Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: %. Path '', line 0, position 0.'."}}

I've attached a screenshot of the action in PAD, the uncensored parts are the only ones with %'s

Sorry, don't know much about invoking web services and json...if it's a json error, i won't be able to help.

If it is an escape issue, you can try "Escape Text"....take your original text, throw it into the "Escape Text" action and then the variable %EscapedText% should work in place of the URL.

If this doesn't work, I wonder if it is a json issue and you have to escape the same text for json's rules.

Have you tried to build a variable instead of hardcoding the URL in the invoke web service action?
Perhaps formatting as text will work ( %'%2Ftriggers%2Fmanual…'%).

I put it in a single variable and tried but I didn't have any success with this way either.

Oh, just recognize that the request body was errored out. Maybe not the URL is the problem.
