How to remove form responses that are blank

I have a MS Form in a flow such as below. However, there is a lot of branching logic within the Form. So, I don't want all available options to show up in my PDF/email of the form responses, because they were not answered, due to the branching logic of the form. Is there a way to somehow either (1) not include form responses that are blank/empty/null OR (2) create flow that only takes fields with an answer?

    Hi @jcarter13

    If you want to judge whether to show this question according to the value of response, you can try to use IF function. I set up a simple flow, you can refer to following screenshots.

    This is my test Form:

    Suppose I want to decide whether this question is displayed or not based on whether question 2 and question 3 have a value.

    Flow in details:

    Expression1:

    if(empty(outputs('Compose_1')),null,concat('Reason for liking?:',outputs('Compose_1')))

    Expression2:

    if(empty(outputs('Compose_2')),null,concat('Reason for dislike?:',outputs('Compose_2')))

    When a new Form is submitted like below:

    I will receive an email without question 3.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue, however, I have 217 fields in my form. I'm struggling to find a way to disregard any unanswered questions when generating a way to review the response. I don't even mind which format the response is in, I just need all of the questions and answers documented in one place for each response but not showing any unanswered ones. Thanks
