Hello! I would like to automate the emails to be sent to a specific folder in a channel on teams. Anyone who've done this and able to guide? I managed to automate to a channel as a post, but i want the email into a folder as a file instead. Should i save it as a PDF first or?
Hi @xariecia ,
This is dependent on location of your folder.
You can open it in SharePoint and check the URL. Then select correct site and folder.
Step1.Open the folder in SharePoint.
Step2.Get the site "RimmonTest" according to the URL.
Step3.Select the site in "Create file" and Folder.
Then the exported email will be saved to specific folder.

how can you send it to a specific folder in a channel after that?
Hi @xariecia ,
You can get all emails firstly, then filter emails with subject starts with "ABC -".
You can select the site and folder in drop list of "Create file".

Hi, what if i only want to export certain emails (e.g. only emails with subject heads starting with "ABC -" but the back might defer? and how to connect into a folder in a teams channel?
E.g. to a test folder inside one specific channel only?
Hi @xariecia ,
I recommend you export the email in eml format.
The file in site.
