eu tenho um processo de aprovação de pedido do dynamics, então quando um pedido de venda é criado um pedido de aprovação é enviado para um aprovador de vendas, porém esse aprovador as vezes demora muito pra analisar e aprovar, tem como no meio desse fluxo eu colocar que se o pedido não for aprovado em x tempo um email será disparado notificando esse aprovador?

You can achieve this by configuring a Parallel action within a flow.

Start by initializing a variable with a Boolean type and set its initial value to 'False'.
In the first parallel branch, include the action 'Start and wait for approval'. Here, the flow will await the approval response from the approver. Additionally, add a 'Set Variable' action to change the variable's value to 'True' once the approval is received.
In the second parallel branch, add a 'Delay' action to wait for a specified amount of time.
Following the delay, introduce a condition to verify if the variable's value equals 'True'. If it does, it signifies that the approval was granted within the specified time frame. If not, proceed to send an email notification to the sales approver, reminding them to take action.
