Recognize if a specific document is enclosed in an email attachment

Good evening ... Currently my current flow is uploading attachments from emails received in an Outlook inbox and uploading to a Sharepoint List - working great. The attachments typically contain multiple various related documentation enclosed in a singular PDF file. My question - Is it possible to somehow recognize if a specific document is enclosed in the PDF attachment. The specific document I'm looking for would have a static format (see attached example).
My goal is to prevent coordinators from having to open every file looking for a doc which may not even be in the file. At this point any guidance would be SINCERELY appreciated.
Either way, thank you in adcance.
