How to set flow to download SharePoint list?

Hello,

Is anyone can help on this? I want to create a flow that every Monday download a SharePoint list and save in my One Drive fold and cover the previous one.

I don't know how to achieve above result, so I used below flow setting instead, however it doesn't work. The logic is: delete data in a fixed Excel file (saved in One Drive folder), then add rows in the Excel file.

Anyone can help on this?

    Hi @YanLiang

According to your screenshot I think there is no problem with your flow.
Could you please tell me where is your problem or error?

    Best Regards,

    Levi

    Hello,

As below screen shot, only 200+ records were deleted. But there are 400+ records in my Excel file.

    Hi @YanLiang

By default Microsoft Power Automate limits you to fetching the first 256 rows … however you can increase this limit in the following way.

This setting will effectively instruct Power Automate to fetch batches of 5000 rows at a time therefore bypassing the Excel 256 row limit.

    1. Navigate to SETTINGS on the Excel step
    2. Enable Pagination
    3. Set the Threshold above 256 (e.g. 5000).

    Hi @YanLiang

We really understand that you have more than one issue need to be solved today and we are surely happy to help you with those, but to better focus on the new problem and ensure the service quality, we would advise you to create another ticket on the issue.

It can also help us to get the case better recorded and let Microsoft know what you have been through clearly. Thank you so much for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Levi
