Outlook Out of Office with Forms

My english is not so good, this text is translate by Bard.

Hello everyone,

I am just starting to get to grips with the Power platform and unfortunately I don't understand everything yet.

I would like to create a form in Forms, by filling out this form a automatic out-of-office message should be activated via Power Automate.

I can do all of that for myself, but how do I get it regulated so that the flow of the automatic out-of-office message does not use my email inbox but that of the person who filled out the form in Forms and activates the out-of-office message for that person?

So in principle:

Forms sick leave First name, last name Sick since Expected sick until

Submit

Power Automate sends the data once by email to a person and sets the out-of-office note for the person who filled out the form with the data from the form.

I hope that is somewhat understandable and someone can help me 🙂

You will need to use Graph api to set this using Power Automate.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!
