How to notify by email when a folder is created in SharePoint. / Como notificar por correo cuando se crea una carpeta en sharepoin?

Saludos comunidad, Necesito crear un flujo que cuando yo suba una carpeta nueva a SharePoint envié una notificación por correo.

Greetings community, I need to create a flow that, when I upload a new folder to SharePoint, sends a notification by email. 😊

 

 

tengo este flujo, pero solo funciona para archivos y no para carpetas

I have this flow, but it only works for files and not for folders.

    Hi @JosueCR ,

    use this trigger instead:

    This solution you gave me works, but if there are 5 files in the folder it will send me 5 emails. How do I get only 1 email sent to me, regardless of whether the folder has many files?

     

    Esta solución que me diste función, pero si dentro de la carpeta hay 5 archivos me enviar 5 correos. ¿Como hago para que me envié 1 solo correo, independiente si la carpeta tiene muchos archivos?

    You can add the condition if the created item is folder and if yes send the email.
    Like this:
