Please share the configuration between the two (the gateway) as well as what gateway is configured for the Environment, which one is configured for the Action.
Something in between is not correctly setup.
You may need to reconfigure it and or at least go into your Cloud Flow, and delete the action and recreate it making sure that you are using the Connector for the Environment.
