I've been using the mobile push notificaiton action to get alerts on my phone for emails in subfolders since Outlook still cannot do this natively. As of about a week ago the flows just... don't push a mobile notification to the OS. The flows are still running correctly as far as I can tell. The notifications appear in the notification pane within the Android app, but the OS does not see them at all. I have notification history enabled and it just says "0 notificaitons this week", but I can see dozens within the app.
The app has every possible grantable permission in Android. Battery optimisation set to "unoptimized" for Power Automate. And the only other battery optimisation related OEM setting is set to explicitly exclude Power Automate as well.
Android 14, Power Automate ver 3.0.965. My flow is unchanged for several years.
