Get Approval ID of all approvers

Hi there

My trigger is 'For a selected file'

I have 4 email inputs, they are my approvers.

I 'Create an approval' for these 4 approvers.

In between 'Create an approval' and 'Wait for an approval' I would like to update the file properties with the approval ID of each approval (so one for each approver).

This is so that I can possibly cancel one of the 4 approvals if I need to later.

I hope someone can help me.

Thank you.

    Hi @spinneroo,

You could create an array variable to store the four approver emails.

Then create an Apply to each control to loop the four emails, then create an Approval for each approver. Then they could have an approval ID for each one:

Thank you ... I ended up putting the approvers name in a people picker in the library.

Then created item/s in a separate list that put the approver names with their corresponding Approval ID. That seems to work.

    Thank you for responding.
