Tamanho do Arquivo Acima do Limite - Backup de SharePoint via Power Automate

Prezados,
Bom dia!
 
Criei um fluxo no Power Automate onde a automação é responsável por realizar um backup semanal do nosso SharePoint.
Porém, em dois canais específicos (>=500gb) a automação está me retornando o seguinte erro:
 
"Tamanho do arquivo acima do limite. clientRequestId: 521b3505-ffac-4d1f-94a7-b893b71f7453 serviceRequestId: 9e2f5ca1-7044-6000-d356-a35627649450"
 
Como posso resolver este problema?
