Hello to whoever is reading this,
I know there are existing threads on this topic, but I have tried the suggested solutions, and they didn't work for me.
To give a brief summary: I created a Microsoft Form requiring several responses, with the option at the end to upload a file if needed (this is not mandatory).
Following this, I created a Power Automate flow to send an automated email containing all the responses to the appropriate recipient, based on the specific answers provided (I have attached a copy of the flow).
Within the conditional branch—specifically if a file is uploaded—the flow is designed to attach the file directly to the email after retrieving it from the SharePoint site associated with the Form and Power Automate.
Everything works correctly, except that the file attached to the email ends up being corrupted (regardless of the file type—whether .PDF, .Excel, etc.). I cannot figure out the reason for this; I have watched several tutorials where this process worked without any issues (and notably, the file saved in SharePoint itself is *not* corrupted).
Based on my flow configuration, do you have any idea why this might be happening?
Thank you for your help,
B.
