Connecting to PostgreSQL connector in powerautomate

Hi team,

Can I connect Power Automate Service to Azure PostgreSQL for Flexible Server where public access is not granted.

If yes then can you please tell me the steps.

I tried to connect to it but getting error like unreachable network error.
