I have a flow that watches an Office 365 mailbox. If I send a test file the flow does what it is supposed to do, which is transfer the email to a SharePoint folder in rtf format.

When I get a lot of emails to the mailbox I don't get all the emails download. For example, today I received 400+ emails that need to be transferred to the SharePoint folder, only 101 files were transferred. How can I figure out why I'm not getting all the files to transfer? The error reporting is minimal at best and there is no way to see how many files have been processed. All I see is how many times the flow ran.

I have noticed that some of the flow runs have failed with a status of 400 but don't know what that means.

Thanks
Sam

As an update I need to know how many files were processed each time the flow runs

    Here is some more detail.
The 400+ emails that were received by the mailbox were received in a matter of minutes. Which tells me that the flow has some issues with how fast it can process new emails. This begs the questions:
    - Are there any limits on how fast a flow can process an email?
    - How does the flow know if an email needs to be processed?
-- How does the flow know when an email has been processed?
    - Does this need to be escalated to Microsoft tech support, is this a capacity issue with Power Automate?

This flow is supposed to go into production to expedite processing invoices for my firm and right now I am unable to give it to the finance group because Power Automate is UNRELIABLE and not ready for production processes.

Too bad this has gone unanswered either with a solution or a testing methodology or a response on how to get more help.

Since nobody cares I guess I will mark this as the suggested answer - apathy
