Automation flow for email notification based on excel file content

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow, when a new file is created in SharePoint on specific folder, to get data and the content of this excel file and based on that data, create conditions (eg if column A contains ES4H, then notify via email). Can you help me please?

    Thanks! I have tried it but unfortunately as output for file content I get something like this:
