SQL Query V2 Output

Hi I am currently creating a flow and have got the solution to run my SQL Query which brings back two columns and multi rows of Data, I then want to Output that back to Power Virtual Agents so the Both shows me a table, I only get Query Results or ResultSet as Outputs, how do i do this ??

So i got the SQL Query working but now i want the bot to reply with the entry's in a Table format instead of just "answer, answer" how do i do this??
