Post adaptive card from sharepoint to ms team when an item created in sharepoint

Scenario :
adaptive card has an image from attachment item on sharepoint list, if item has not attachment (image) then show blank

 

include item
- date created

- display the person's name

- display text as a description

- link to item in sharepoint list
