Approval emails use adaptive cards which can look different depending what your email client is: Office 365 Outlook, Outlook 2016, something earlier, a web based email client etc.

    Hello @Mahendra_Nikam

It seems 2 different topics: On the first email you are receiving a security access request, while on the second it is an approval request.

Could you share your flow and the configuration of the SharePoint List?

In any case, here you can find details on how to create an approval workflow within a SharePoint list and Microsoft Flow: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/sequential-modern-approvals

    Hope it helps!
