Cant choose email template

Hello team,

 

if i want to create an app and want to create a new page and choose email/calendar template it doesnt work. 

I got this message back.

 

Translatet in English:

The REST API is not supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandboxed accounts (test) or for accounts located on a dedicated (local) email server.

    This error occurs if your organisation doesn't use Exchange 365, or if you don't have an email inbox setup.

    This error typically happens in organisations in on-premise Exchange servers.
