Document Set Folder Creation

Hello, I am working on creating a standardized folder structure. I would like when I create the Document Set, in this case the name of my document set is "Contract Document Set" I would like some folders and subfolders to be created automatically. I have tried everything but I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. Could you please help me out or provide me with some ideas on how to do this? Thank you.
