Getting error while fetching the on call "You do not have permission to view this directory or page"

Hello,

I have developed a flow that retrieves the names of the current on-call engineers and saves them in an excel file. It was working fine until yesterday, but this morning I got the following error message.

"You do not have permission to view this directory or page"

There are a couple of possibilities I can see. First, I would check your connector that is calling to get the on-call list and make sure the credentials haven't expired. Issues like this can often be resolved by updating or refreshing a connector's login credentials. You might also try re-creating the connection to the on-call list. If that doesn't address it, a possibility is that the user you are using no longer has rights to whatever the source of your on-call list is.

I appreciate your reply, Barret. The problem seems to have fixed itself, as the flow worked fine when I ran it today. I used the ICM connector to get the on call details.

Love when that happens. But it's also frustrating not knowing why transient issues like that occur.
