I have three columns. One is the Start Time column, the Second is the last Time column and in the third column, I need the difference between the start and last time in the Total Execution Time column in this format (HH:MM:SS). Please suggest an idea to proceed with this. For reference, I have attached the image.

Are you using Dataverse? If so, add a calculated column with this as the formula...

TEXT( Last Time - Start Time, "hh:mm:ss" )

No, I am only using Excel. Is there any way to manipulate the dates in Power Automate Desktop?

Yes, use this formula in your Excel's Total Execution Time column.

    =TEXT([Last Time]-[Start Time],"HH:MM:SS")

This formula will give you the difference in the format "HH:MM:SS". Just replace [Last Time] and [Start Time] with the appropriate cell references for your data.

What is the output in PAD? What is it doing/not doing when run?

Set the formula as a variable before the Write to Excel worksheet action, and then use this variable "{x}" to write to the cell.
