Helping with flow sync assigned to (multiple options)

Hello Everyone,

I am new here and new to Power Automate Flows, my boss asked to have the following:

- A Master List and 5 other Child Lists - All lists are identical and have 2 fields (person) that will look for someone in the active directory of the company.

- When a Item is crated on Master List, the same need to be create automatically on the specific list of the person assigned.

e.g.

Master List

Task: Unique identifier

Summary: Multiple Text Line

Raised Date: Date (without time) - dd.mm.yyyy

Due Date: Date (without time) - dd.mm.yyyy

Close Date: Date (without time) - dd.mm.yyyy

Raised by: Person (e.g. Swaroopi, R, Robi, JSD4)

Assigned to: Person (e.g Khazoi, B, Boris, JSD4)

Update: Multiple Text Lines

Status: Choice (e.g. New)

So basically when an item is create in the Master List to Khazoi, B, Boris, JSD4, the same item need to be create in Khazoi, B, Boris, JSD4 child list, e.g. Update, the same need sync back to the master list.

Issues:

- No idea how to do that

- Multiple Child, so Khazoi, B, Boris, JSD4 is only one of many people which the master list will have items for

MS Teams structure:

XYZ Teams

 - Master Data Channel ( will have a MS List called Master List)

-  Child 1 Data Channel (will have a MS List called Child 1 List)

-  Child 2 Data Channel (will have a MS List called Child 2 List)

- etc.

When Khazoi, B, Boris, JSD4 update the same, the item need to sync back to the master list and so on.

Any guide or help will be really appreciate.

thx,

Schmidtric
