How to dowload files on a Teams chat

I use Power Automate to forward messages posted on one chat to another. When I get message details I receive an URL on the file, but I cannot get file content using neither Get File Content nor HTTP call, I receive "Unauthorized" error.

Could you please advise how to get message attachments on a chat?

I was able to get an image and save it to a file if the image was inserted on the message. I work with hosted content in that case.

But I still need help to get an image that was attached as a file to the message, because attached files are not available as hosted content and the shared link on the file is not accesseble from out Power Automate.

Up. Any idea how to download attachments on the chat? Perhaps, I have to use deligation mode and grant super access to files/OneDrive?
