Run a prompt with AI Builder fails; cannot get to file content

Trying to loop through files in a folder and run an ai prompt on each document. Getting error "No dependent action succeeded". I don't think the get file content action is getting to the right folder. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Nothing online seems to work.

@w.p Thanks for the reply! It does say bad request and looks nothing like how clean your picture is. The get files action is pointing to a folder that contains 20+ word documents that are transcripts from meetings. I just want it to pick up each transcript and pull the text within the word doc. Any thoughts there? I wonder that because it is just pointing to the sharepoint folder and not a specific document, that could be causing trouble, but I also want it to loop over every document.
