Is it possible to edit a Table/or View from sql server that does not have a primary key ?
Thanks
David
Hi David,
No, it's not possible to edit a record from a SQL Server table that doesn't contain a primary key.
Without a primary key, PowerApps isn't able to uniquely identify the record to update.

If your SQL table does not have a primary key the app will only be able to read-in data but not edit.
Check out this 4 min video on Youtube to hear the complete explanation why. Note: this is not my video but I liked the discussion.

Can you edit a sql server view ? and if so ?
...So if even a view, is based upon several select statements, EVERY select table must have a primary key also ?
