Hi,
Hope you're well,
How do I update my new environment in my admin centre with all my apps? I'd like to import them in here.
Also, just as I am a little confused. What I store in my admin centre will be securely stored, so it forms part of our DRP? If an app is deleted I can just restore it from the admin centre for example?

Did you delete the app from cloud? If so, I'm afraid that this action will permanently delete your app and it cannot be recovered so far. Not only from your account but also from the accounts of all users with whom this app was shared. You can vote on below idea about Have a PowerApp (cloud) Recycle Bin:
