Compare a local folder (file system) with a SharePoint folder

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some help with a flow. I need to compare a local folder (file system) with a SharePoint folder and update the SharePoint folder with the files from the local folder, without deleting any files that are only in the SharePoint folder.
Any ideas?

    Hi,
     
    If you are planning to do via  cloud flow - you need to use file system connectors actions to get list of files present in local folder - compare the files in sharepoint folder, if it does not exists in sharepoint folder- create the file in SharePoint folder.
