Hi all, I am currently setting up a flow which if the subject contains a specific location, then to forward an email to the relvent person. Please see below as a sample. However, I have hundreds of locations in the list and it must be some smarter way than typing it one by one. Please if I can have some advice? Appreciated for the help 🙂

    @Anonymous

    Use switch condition and provide the locations

    OR

    Create a SharePoint list with all your locations and relevant email ids.

    Try this in the flow:

    Trigger-- You know it already

    Action-- Get the subject from trigger output, Filter SP list with it. Filter result should give you one result. Now get the relevant email id from email id column and use it to send an email.

    Any issues wrt interpretation, do let me know.

    Hope it helps!!

    Cheers,

    Ankesh

    @Anonymous  Here is what you should do, create a SharePoint list from the location data which you have in excel(No need upload excel spreadsheet to SharePoint.

    Once you have the SP list create, use get items action and insert your filter query. You can use Dynamic data here coming from previous action.
