Gehele email als bijlage aan taak planner toevoegen

Hoi Allemaal,

ik ben nieuw hier, en ik ben op zoek naar het volgende:

samen met een collega hebben we een stroom gebouwd om een taak aan te maken in de planner, dit gebeurt zodra er een email in een gezamenlijk box binnen komt.

echter sommige tekst is niet leesbaar in de taak, daarom zou ik graag weten of het mogelijk is om de gehele mail als bijlage aan de taak te hangen, de reden ?

hiermee hoeven de collega's niet op verschillende plaatsen hun info te halen.

Hi,

yes you can attach the email Text as an Attachment to the Planner Task.

If you first, use the HTML to Text, to grab the content of the email.

Next save it to SharePoint so that you can create a Sharing Link and then Use that for Planner.

here is a great example.

Now this one uses multiple files but its the same process.

Just remember, you need to SAVE to SharePoint first, since you only have the Text within the Flow at first.

Like @FLMike already mentioned you can use the email text of your e-mail.

However, in your opening post you stated you want to use the whole e-mail (including subject, to, cc, etc.).

If that is still the case you could use the Export email (v2) action instead. That action exports your whole e-mail to eml format.
