Just wondering:
When tagging a field like Invoice Id, what part would you use?
Would you just tag the complete Invoice field, including the fieldname (example A) or would you just tag the invoice Id (example B)?
I guess the AI will recognize the invoiceid better when the fieldname/label is included, but I see a lot of videos that do not include the fieldname.

There's no major difference between both options, you can do either option depending on if you want to include label name or not. If you just need to extract the ID, then it's better to just tag this part to avoid post-processing to remove the label.
