2 questions.  1. How do i fix this?
2.  Instead of using the Get Manager email, what is the name of the action to choose any e-mail in the organization?

    Hello @panda

It looks like that user might not have a Manager assigned to them via Office365

The action to search any email is 'Get user profile'

    Hi @panda ,

How to understand the choose any email from the organization that you mentioned?

If the manager don't exists, who do you want the request be sent for approval?

    Best Regards,

    Alice

Out organization is not set up in office 365 with hierarchy therefore, I can not use the Get Manager option.  I basically want to create a flow which connects to a sharepoint list with a choice status option of "awaiting manager approval, rejected, approved".  I need the approvals to work in levels.  example:  i created the new entry on the form, then person B will approve it.  Once person B approves it, then Person C will approve it.

If person B rejects it, then I will need to create a new entry or I need to fix the issue.

In addition.  I also don't know if I should be using Content status approval or the default.

I am not sure what I need to do in order to create this.

What steps do I need to do in order to make this happen.  (how should my template flow look, what kinds of actions and conditions do I need)  and what kind of sharepoint list settings do I need?
