Approval in Sharepoint is missing

Hello everyone,

I've been having a problem with my approvals in SharePoint since Sunday. Approval is missing in SharePoint. My library is actually set up correctly. I have not changed anything in the library. Unfortunately, I don't know what to do and hope that someone can help me here.

When i Change to "Create major versions"

i see this:

I have just changed the Power Automate job a little.

It had worked for weeks, now suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Does Microsoft have problems or have I caused problems?

Your last screenshot suggests that the document you have selected is already under approval.

Try selecting a different document and check if you see the workflow in context menu.

My last screenshot only shows the change when I set the option from "Create major an minor (draft) versions" to "Create major versions".
i need "Create major an minor (draft) versions" in my first scrennshot i can't select publish or approval.

Got the same issue.
Been a problem for about a week.
Registered a support case with Microsoft support. Awaiting feedback.
