How does AI builder calculate a confidence score?

I would like to understand how the confidence score is calculated in AI Builder specifically for Forms.  What criteria does AI builder use to determine the 0-1 confidence score?  I have been asked by multiple people to explain it; however, I can’t find any documentation on how this score is calculated.

    This score is calculated as part of the recognition process based on many factors specifics to our algorithms.

    I'm wondering why you want to know the "number behind the number"?

    Usually, the number is enough to take business decisions.
