At first I thought this was Excel Online issue so I posted on the Excel community, but no response.
I tried typing a link manually on excel online then double click or pressing F2 then enter the string can be clicked.

So I guess this issue only occurs if I insert the data from Excel connector, has anyone faced this issue ?
This just suddenly happens around last week.
Any help appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Good day,

    This seems like it could be a restriction either set up by your admin or by a firewall you have, Some things you can try out to resolve your issue;

    1. Verify SharePoint Permissions:
    Ensure that the permissions for the SharePoint List haven’t changed. If permissions were altered, it could prevent the flows from accessing the list, resulting in a network error.
    2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
    Even though you’ve tried different browsers and incognito mode, clearing cache and cookies might help resolve session-related issues that could be affecting the flows.
    3. Check for API Limits or Throttling:
    Review your usage to ensure that you’re not hitting any API limits or being throttled by SharePoint or Power Platform. Excessive API requests could cause intermittent network errors.
    4. Network and Firewall Configuration:

    Double-check your network and firewall settings, especially if there have been recent changes. Ensure that traffic to SharePoint Online and the Power Platform services is not being blocked or restricted.

    Kindly feel free to like my response, and mark as a solution if it aids resolve your challenge
