We need to know more about he licencing and methodology of the project below:
Existant: office 365 E3
Needs: Validation process
Constraints:
- Each user is attached to a service, a department or a direction;
- A line manager is invited to validate or refuse his employee's request;
- Once validated, the request is automatically sent to the next validator;
- Denial of the request ends the validation process with a notification for the requester;
- The final validation triggers an email notification to the requestor and to the person who implements the request, with an attached printable document that presents all the validations (name of each validator with the date and time of validation below, and the image of his physical signature);
-A validator must have the possibility to delegate his validation to a user.
-Automatic reminder to the validator without action (validate / refuse) after a time to be defined (configurable)
Options that can be activated and deactivated: Automatically send the validation to the next one if the validator is without action for a defined time
-Archiving (still in office 365):
-It must be possible to trace and find all the elements (control, audit, various checks)
-The final file must be able to be downloaded by the users who participated in the workflow, and by a special actor called an auditor who can download all the files.
-Backup, Restore, Purge
-Save workflows (with data, without data) outside of O365 (online / offline);
-Restore workflows (with data, without data) in O365;
-Purge: empty data from a certain date;
The process:
Entry: Template Word / pdf / Excel / Powerpoint file of the request with signature spaces of the validators
Processing: validation workflow
Output: file bearing the signatures of the various validators under their respective names as well as the date and time of validation.
Having this, I want to know:
1) If Office 365 E3 is enough to achieve this, if no? which other licence is needed
2) from my research, i have to use power app and powr automate, it's another app that must be add? if yes, which?
3) How to insert signatures and other infromations in the template file that is imported at the start of the validation process
