When referencing the body of a received email, in the body of sending a new email, the original formatting/line breaks are removed. Is there are any way to get around this?

    I noticed that this only happens when the email is received from Outlook. If the email comes from Gmail, the formatting is kept.

    Hi @mwkocher00,

    If you could accept to use the Gmail connector instead, I think you have got the solution.

    If you insist on Outlook, please tell me that how you refer to it.

    Hi,

    I found this function

    "replace(triggeroutputs()?['body/body'],decodeUriComponent('%0A'),'<br>')"
    which resolved the issue I was having.
    Thanks for the reply!

    I am facing a similar issue where the formatting is completely removed. I have one of the input as "body". Is the expression above to be applied on this "body" input parameter? Can someone kindly expand this solution please?

    I tried something like replace(<dynamic variable input>,'\n','<br>') but that didn't work 😞
