Can't generate answers from Public Website

Hi, we're trying to have generative answers node answer questions from our public website.

We presently have several uploaded documents that work, but it simply won't answer any questions related to the website data. We have just developed a site and it has a .xyz domain name at the moment. It will not answer questions from this website.

It will answer questions from one of our websites https://mwge.org/ correctly. But not the previous one mentioned.

Any idea why this may be?

Generative Answers over public websites relies on Bing Search. The underlying mechanism is similar to searching with the site: flag, for example - site:www.microsoft.com xbox specs

If Bing does not return results for your site, Generative Answers will not respond either.

If it's a website that you own, try using Bing webmaster tools to optimize search results - Home - Bing Webmaster Tools
