Hi,
I am trying build an email automation flow triggered by my Power App. For context, my app will fire a confirmation email to the user when a new form is submitted.
I have created a shared mailbox (for demo, I'm gonna call it "powerapp@company.com")to be the "source" of the emails. I will then need to put powerapp@company.com as the "Send As" in my "Send an Email (V2)".
From my understanding, I will need to give "Send As" permission to users of my Power App in order for them to receive the email send from powerapp@company.com. But the question is whether it is possible to give users strictly "Send As" permission and nothing else - so they cannot read, edit, and delete any mail in the shared mailbox. Some online articles mention the need to give both "Read and manage" and "Send As" permissions to the user, but that makes no sense to me. Let's say if my app is to gather IT problems and I'm using shared mailbox of IT department, we wouldn't want any user to be able to read the IT department's mailbox no?
