BUG - PowerApp screens go blank when editing

Hi,

I started experiencing a problem in my app where screens just disappear - do not render properly. The controls still seem to be there and selectable, but the canvas disappears leaving a plain grey background.

I tried the following, but nothing worked:

1) Clear Cache

2) Tried different browsers

3) Tried incognito window

4) Restored versions of the app that I knew worked

5) Tried save as and re-open

6) Tried Export and import

Eventually went to App Advanced Settings and found a new Preview feature called "Keep recently visited screens in memory". This was on, so I turned it off, saved. closed and re-opened (not sure if this was necessary), but regardless it has resolved the issue!

I love the idea of the feature but it clearly needs more work. Looking forward to a fix Microsoft.

Regards

Lael

    Hi @LaelH ,

    Could you tell me:
1)when do you met this problem, in edit mode, preview mode or play mode?

2)what is your powerapps version? what is your app session id?

If you could show me the screenshoot of your problem, it will better.

Actually, I did not met similar problem before, so I need more details.

    Please consider:

1)update your browser to the latest version

2)make sure your network is in a good condition

    3)try other devices

Please check whether your device meet the requirements:

    Best regards,

Thanks for trying to help, but it is resolved. It came right when I turned off that Preview setting.

I'm very glad that you've solved your problem!

Do you have any other problem?
If not, could you mark my answer as solution?

    Thanks!
