Automatic replies for active directory users in power automate

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a flow, where we activate the automatic replies for active directory users. I have a form, if someone is ill, they have to fill it out. Then I would like to get the data from the form(who that is) and activate the automatic replies for them with a power automate flow. How is that possible?

Hi

Here is a sample of how to set it up

How to set Outlook out-of-office automatically using PowerAutomate. - Francois Tells Tech (digitalfrancois.com)

However, the issue is, you will have a Flow that gets a Form's Response.

But the flow doesn't run as that user.

So you have to be an admin that has the rights to everyones mailbox to set this up. Long as the flow and that action specifically runs as that user, then you are good to go.

Hi Mike,

thank you for your answer. I have the admin rights, in the admin center I can set the OOO for everyone. I already knew the function, the problem is that I can't set a default parameter or something to say that I want to activate it on another user's account. The question is: do we know a way to set that for another user in power automate and if yes how?
